🍋 Does shipping come with tracking?
Orders containing only stickers, postcard prints, and/or zines DO NOT come with tracking. If you would like tracking service on this type of order, please add this tracking service into your cart!

For all other packages with tracking:
- US orders will include door-to-door tracking.
- International orders will include door-to-door tracking only to the following countries (As of February 2023):

Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Isreal, Italy, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkiye, United Kingdom

If you do not see your country listed above, I am still able to send parcels to you, just without free tracking at this time.

There are some countries which I cannot ship parcels to at all due to geo-political restrictions. Please visit this website to view all listed countries.

Sometimes especially in foreign countries, mailmen may not scan your parcel at your destination. In this situation, your tracking may say your parcel is "in transit" when in fact it may be already delievered: please be sure to check your mailbox frequently for your parcel in order to avoid any problems.

🍋 How long do orders take to arrive?
Orders are shipped from New York City via the United States Postal Services (USPS) using First-Class Mail® Parcel Service. After  your order has been shipped:

- US orders will take about 2 days - 1 week for delivery
- International orders will take about 2-5 weeks (depending on your country's postal/customs services).

In my past experiences, orders sent to the Pacific/Oceania region (ie: New Zealand and Australia especially) and some parts of Asia take 1-3 months to be delivered from the USA at this time. Please keep this in mind!

Long delivery times for international orders are partially due to Customs Control as well. Some orders are subject to Customs Fees which you are responsible to pay.

🍋 When are orders shipped out?
I will try my best to send out orders after 1 day -1 week of receiving them! I am a one-man army with a full-time job, I apologize in advance if an order takes me a long time to ship!

Also, the local Post Office closes early on Saturdays (EST) and is closed all day on Sundays (EST). If you order on Friday/Saturday nights (EST), please add an additional day or two to this shipping day estimate.

🍋 Are orders refundable?

All sales are final. Please be advised that after it has been shipped, all parcels are out of my hands and I cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost/stolen in the mail.
